아!맞다 ("we", "our", or "the app") is a note-capture app developed by an individual developer. This privacy policy explains what data the app stores, how speech input is handled, and how your privacy is protected.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. The app has no account system, no servers of our own, and no analytics. We never see anything you write or say.

The app stores the following data on your device:

• The notes you write or dictate, and whether each one is marked done
• App settings and preferences (theme, widget row count, and similar options)

2. Microphone and Speech Recognition

The app asks for microphone and speech recognition permission so you can dictate a note instead of typing it. Both are used only while you are actively recording, and only to turn your speech into the text of that note.

Speech recognition runs entirely on your device. The app uses Apple's on-device speech framework, and audio is never uploaded to us or to any server for transcription. Audio is not saved to a file: it is transcribed as you speak and discarded when recording stops. Only the resulting text is kept, as a note.

You can decline or revoke either permission at any time in the iOS Settings app. Voice capture will stop working, and every other part of the app will continue to work normally.

3. iCloud Sync

So that the same list appears on your iPhone and iPad, the app syncs your notes through your own iCloud account, using Apple's iCloud service. This means your notes leave your device — but they go only to Apple's servers under your personal Apple Account, and they are handled according to Apple's Privacy Policy.

We have no access to your iCloud data. The developer cannot see, retrieve, or restore it. There is no server of ours involved at any point.

Sync is tied to the iCloud settings on your device. If you turn iCloud Drive off, or disable iCloud for this app in the iOS Settings app, the app keeps working and simply stops syncing — your notes stay on that device only.

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses no third-party services. There are no advertising SDKs, no analytics or tracking tools, no in-app purchases, and no communication with any server other than Apple's iCloud on your behalf.

5. Data Sharing

We do not transmit or share any of your data with anyone. Aside from the iCloud sync described above, nothing leaves your device.

6. Your Rights

• Delete your data: Remove notes individually inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything stored on that device.
• Stop syncing: Disable iCloud for this app in the iOS Settings app at any time. You can also delete the app's iCloud data from Settings → your name → iCloud.
• Revoke permissions: Microphone and speech recognition access can be turned off at any time in the iOS Settings app.
• No tracking to opt out of: Because the app does not track you or collect any data, there is nothing to opt out of.

7. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since no personal information is collected at all, the app is safe for users of any age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
